SinceWe welcome page: know when you last did anything

SinceWe starts from a small household question: when did we last water the plant, give the dog his pill, change the filter? Tap once when you do something and it remembers. Everyone in the household sees the same timeline, and it learns each activity’s usual rhythm so it can nudge you before something is overdue. There is no signup. It works in the browser and installs like an app.

Underneath, it is local-first. The phone’s own database is the source of truth, and it syncs through Cloudflare’s edge. Each entry is an append-only fact with an ID created on the device, so sending the same change twice can never create a duplicate. Accounts, when you want one, use passkeys instead of passwords.

The operations were designed as carefully as the app. Deploys are fully automatic: staging, smoke test, production, and an automatic rollback if production fails its checks. A dead-man switch raises an alert if a scheduled job stops running. Budget alerts cap spend. The database is exported and encrypted off-site every night, and a daily test reminder confirms that notifications still arrive end to end. The service levels were written down before launch.
